December 15th, 2017 we went to Animal Kingdom and it was Nikki's birthday this day! (late blog post we know, don't judge lol)
We were so excited to see the "tree of life" ! Did you know that the "tree of life" is hand carved?!
Out of the Disney Parks, Animal Kingdom has so much to offer. It has a lot of thrilling rides like Dinosaur and Expedition Everest and it's relaxing enough if you prefer to go for a stroll.
Of course they have photographers all over Disney so this was one of the photo spots where they have a photographer take fun pics like this!
We had mojitos in Africa! They had sugar canes in them. Africa was so much fun, we just loved the vibe there. All of the live music and people dancing, such a blast!
Fun Fact: Animal Kingdom is the only Walt Disney World Park that provides paper straws, it's safer for the animals and fully biodegradable!
We ended the night at Pandora World. It was EPIC!
And we got to ride Avatar! Seriously amazing. The wait to ride Avatar is always about 2-3 hours, but we got super lucky and got to skip the entire line! I don't know how we got so lucky. We were walking into Pandora World and some couple walking by asked if we wanted fast passes to the Avatar ride. Of course we said yes! So we walked right in and only had to wait a few minutes. Talk about lucky!
