We started off our West Coast adventure in Las Vegas, Nevada where we rented an awesome Jeep from Turo. If you don't know what Turo is, it's an app that allows you to rent cars from people, as opposed to a company like Avis Car Rental. So pretty much it's like Airbnb for cars! We're really glad we used Turo instead of a rental car company, because it allowed us to choose a specific car for our trip. We decided to get this amazing orange Jeep Wrangler. (how perfect?! 🙌🏼) It was a unique experience and it was cool to be able to get the kind of car we wanted for this trip!

On our way to Zion National Park! It took us about 3hrs to get there from Las Vegas. We had the top off, music blasting, the views were incredible the whole way!

📍 Zion National Park, Utah

There's multiple trails in Zion and we decided to take the Emerald Pools Trail. There's so many beautiful rock formations and waterfalls along the way. The Emerald Pools are made up of 3 pools, the lower, middle, and upper. The main attraction for us was the upper pool. However, we didn't even realize we had hiked past the lower and middle until we got there. We were just so awed by the canyons around us that we weren't even looking down!

We apparently didn't do our research beforehand so we later realized that there are much cooler trails in Zion! #fail We definitely want to do Angel's Landing and The Narrows when we go back!🤘🏼

We spent the whole day exploring Zion and left as the sun was going down. On our way out, there was a ton of wild deer. It's so interesting how they were so calm right in the middle of the park with people walking all around.

It was the coolest thing to see them all with the canyons in the background!

We have to mention that even though the Emerald Pools aren't the most exciting attraction in Zion, it's definitely a fun hike. The trails become steep and at some point becomes sand (which makes it so much harder) and right before the Upper Pools, we had to climber over a few large rocks. Overall, Zion National Park blew us away. It's a gorgeous park and we can't wait to come back in the future!

✌🏼Peace out Zion! Until next time
